2025 Updates to the MPACT Program

As part of the ongoing integration between alphabroder and S&S Activewear, the MPACT program will merge with S&S's Contract Decorator Network (CDN) in Q2 2025, once all alphabroder products are fully integrated on the S&S Activewear website.

We encourage all our MPACT customers and decorator partners to begin preparing for this transition now. Additional updates will be shared in the coming months to ensure a smooth process.

Key Changes to MPACT After the Program Merge:

• Free freight for shipments to your address and the MPACT shipping manifest will no longer be available.
• The full alphabroder product line will be accessible on the S&S Activewear site, allowing your customers to transition smoothly to S&S systems and the CDN program.

Exciting Benefits of the S&S Contract Decorator Network

• Free ground freight for customersS's orders shipped from S&S facilities to CDN decorator addresses.
• For decorators, a detailed manifest of inbound orders is sent to help manage receiving and production schedules.
• No re-stocking fees for returned unused items.

Facility Updates:

• As distribution centers are integrated into the new organization, shipments from those locations will no longer qualify for MPACT free freight or appear on the MPACT manifest.
  • Effective February 1, 2025, shipments from Orlando, FL and Olathe, KS distribution centers no longer qualify.
  • Effective March 1, 2025, shipments from the Atlanta, GA distribution center will no longer qualify.
